Our Story
I’m Maddison.
This work started with my own need to understand myself. After more than a decade of healing and self-discovery, I saw how many people were trying to cope without ever being taught how to actually understand what was going on within them.
For over 10 years, I worked as a beauty therapist, having real, unfiltered conversations with women every day. It became clear that what people needed was not more surface level advice. They needed space to be heard, and support that actually went deeper.
So I trained to do exactly that. Now, my work brings together holistic counselling, meditation, and nervous system awareness. A space where you can slow down, be met properly, and start making sense of your patterns, your reactions, and your internal world.
Becoming a mother of two only strengthened this work. The transition into motherhood is one of the most significant shifts a woman will experience, yet it is often unsupported and misunderstood.
Birthright Thinking was created to change that. This is a space for real conversations, real awareness, and real change. Because you were never meant to do this alone. And because coming back to yourself is not a luxury.
